Atlantic County SWAT, Somers Point K-9 and the Galloway Township Police Department executed a search warrant on Friday morning, March 17.

The Brigantine action was taken after a five-month drug investigation.

Michael Egger, 33, of Brigantine was arrested and charged with possession of heroin, prescription drugs without a prescription, distribution of heroin, and distribution of heroin within 500 feet of public lands, as well as weapons offenses, police say.

This is not the first time Egger has been arrested for drugs. The Brigantine resident was also arrested on Nov. 20, 2015 by Egg Harbor Township Police. A traffic stop found 51 bags of heroin and oxycodone pills in this creep’s possession.

  1. When did you Know and What did you do ! Looks like you did nothing…. So for five months you allowed this guy to sell drugs on the streets of Brigantine. Sounds like someone is incompetent and needs to be disciplined. To take five months to get this guy off the street is a real problem.People do the math of how much drugs he has sold for five months. What were you doing for five months ? NOTHING !!
