Part-time residents make up 70% of the local tax base. That’s a big reason why Brigantine could have a very bright future. But…that future is bright only if enough people push back and demand accountability from city government lead by 25+ year Mayor Phil Guenther, Councilman Simpson and Councilwoman Lisa McClay.
