Brigantine has hired Vineland’s chief financial officer to be its CFO. That’s according to Shore News Today
City Manager Ed Stinson sent a department memo to city employees this week advising that the city had hired Roxanne Tosto and that she started this week.
Tosto was introduced to City Council members at their Wednesday, May 6 meeting.
Tosto served 13 years as Vineland’s CFO, director of finance and comptroller.
