It was the kick off to another Brigantine political campaign season. The Brigantine Republican Club got a head start and gathered on Wednesday, Jan. 14 at the VFW on 31st street. Click thru to see pictures from the event.
Republican Club officers were introduced and short talks were given by Mayor Guenther, Councilman Simpson and others. The major hot button issues for this year: public safety director, police, fire, EMTs, beach patrol, schools, part time teachers, golf course, revals and the budget.
Free subs, salads and soda were served to the 100+ in attendance. Brig GOP President; Jim Mackey was the MC of the evening.
