Brigantine vs Storm Jonas. Wind, Snow, Fire, Ice and Flood Damage

Photo: Press of Atlantic city

Brigantine getting battered, along with most of the South Jersey coastal towns including AC, Stone Harbor and Ocean City.

30 to 60 mph wind gusts, back-bay flooding and the angry front beach surf pounded Brigantine all of Friday night and all day Saturday (Jan 23).

A multi-alarm condo fire broke out along Brigantine Blvd on Saturday morning. Three condo units were involved. Atlantic City FD thankfully assisted Brig FD in handling this frosty blaze that could have easily spread due to extreme high winds. See Press of Atlantic City

  1. you said – Atlantic City FD thankfully assisted Brig FD in handling this frosty blaze that – from what I saw, was the other way around.

  2. Platt wont say the townhouse fire is suspicious other than it wasn’t started by the storm and the it is a “total loss”.
    Arson? Intentionally set? Address? Owners?

  3. So glad our 6 figure ($$$$$$) UNnecessarily paid fire department needed/got help from Atlantic City FD. Those poor firefighters probably earn HALF of what the OVERPAID prima donnas in Brigantine earn. RAISES FOR EVERYONE WHO SHOWED UP????????????
