The 16th annual Brigantine Polar Bears New Year’s Day Plunge is set for noon Sunday, Jan. 1 at the 14th ave beach. The event benefits the wounded veterans and their families served by Fisher House.
The opening ceremony and color guard begin 11 a.m., followed by the costume parade and judging. The plunge will take place at noon, followed by a post-plunge party and football tailgate party on the beach with live music until 10 p.m. Food and drink will be available for purchase.
