A 31 yr old Bellmawr man was indicted on March 16, on accusations of sexually assaulting a 7 yr old child he was caring for in Brigantine.
After a two year investigation by Atlantic County, James Ward was arrested on Dec 30, 2016.
Ward was indicted on nine counts, including first-degree aggravated assault in sexually penetrating a child younger than 13, second-degree sexual assault in sexual contact with a child younger than 13 and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child on showing pornographic videos to a child.

Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner said the crimes are alleged to have been committed between 2011 and 2014.
