From the BrigantineNOW archives. Will the bulkheads of Brigantine protect our island from future storms and back bay tidal surge? Should public safety take precedence over private interest?
Do we spend big bucks on fortifying the boat ramp (6th street) & City Dock at (26th & Bayshore) … but allow storm surge to pour in through private properties with inadequate protection? Not an easy solution. What do you think?
