According to the Press of Atlantic City, New Jersey is fining Brigantine Fitness Center $5,000, alleging it did not properly register with Consumer Affairs. The Brigantine gym, said the business was fined in error and that they were correcting the problem. NJ Attorney General John Hoffman said: “We are citing these health clubs for their alleged failure to comply with these consumer protection laws.”
