These acres of prime Real Estate might be familiar to local golfers, but to the average non-golfer, very few know of the beauty and value of this under-leveraged Brigantine asset. Imagine if the city, the Chamber of Commerce, Real Estate brokers, or even the golf course itself used these photos in their marketing efforts. Alas, no. They declined our offer to use these pics….at no charge. Duh.
