A certified floodplain manager and SJ Hauck Construction will host a free seminar for the residents of Brigantine.
There are about 100 houses in Brigantine, that are national flood insurance policyholders. They are classified as ‘Repetitive Loss and Severe Repetitive Loss’ properties.
These residents are eligible to lift their homes. FEMA could cover 90 to 100% of the costs, with no cap.
This seminar will share info about the program, how to apply, the documents needed to apply, and once approved, what to expect moving forward.
