I have fished from the Park near the bridge to Brigantine(1958-1961) ,near Harrah’s Casino catching bluefish in Aug-Sept and striped bass in November. There’s no more bloodworms and in this Century very little kelp and surface fish like bluefish. There was no Harrah’s in the late 1950s ,but the same fishing area is still there ,today.Let me know if a fishing license is needed to fish off piers in Brigantine, NJ. these days.
