Brigantine Police Officer Ralph Pereira, a 10-year veteran who also served on the Brigantine PBA (Union), and Atlantic City Officer Andre Corbin, were arrested Monday on charges they sexually assaulted a 16-year-old in separate incidents while holding a position of authority. Corbin posted $100,000 bond on Tuesday. Pereira remains held in the Atlantic County jail.
