Brigantine finally has a soul. Soulberri that is.
Soulberri is now open at the corner of 11th & Brigantine Ave, in the central business district. The menu is small…but tasty. Real tasty. Fresh homemade Acai bowls, creative fruit/vegetable smoothies, and high quality, locally roasted coffee drinks.
We ordered a Soulberri Berry Banzai to see for ourselves, just how yummy this new Brigantine business is.
The cold & frosty Berry Banzai is loaded with blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, with some vanilla yogurt mixed in to give it a smooth, creamy texture. Apple juice is also added to compliment the flavorful blend. And since we’re headed to the gym, we threw in some whey protein.
Our initial thoughts on the Berry Banzai from Soulberri? Wow. I should have ordered two. It was awesome.

Next time, I’m trying…. the Sea Monkey: with Banana, Cocoa, Peanut Butter and Coconut Milk.
