Arrest Made in Sexual Assault of 7 Year old Brigantine Girl

After 2 year investigation, a Bellmawr, NJ. man was charged with sexually assaulting  a 7 yr old girl when her Brigantine mom wasn’t home. Remembering Betsy Rogge, Wife of Former Brigantine Mayor

Betsy Rogge, wife of former Brigantine Mayor John Rogge, died Dec. 21 at age 93.  Both lived in Brigantine since 1948.
