The Atlantic City Alliance announced a free beach concert July 31 with country music superstar Blake Shelton. Organizers hope that Shelton, also a judge on “The Voice”, could draw 200,000 people to the Atlantic City and Brigantine Beach region, for the Thursday night concert.
