You won’t find incredible pics of the Brigantine Golf Course on the City or Chamber websites. You also won’t find pics of our large, clean, and packed beaches either.
With all the bad Hurricane Sandy press that Brigantine received….you’d think we might want to push back….and show off the REAL Brigantine….with pictures. Alas, no.
Note to Brigantine homeowners, Real Estate agents and business: Brigantine is a incredibly under-valued seashore community. Can’t sell your home? Can’t fill your business? Property valuation in the tank? A little marketing will go a long way to tell that world about this island jewel. Note to outside investors: Brigantine should be on the verge of another Real Estate boom. Inaccurate & over-the-top bad press depressed local valuations. But take a ride through town. Land development and new home building is fast and furious. Developers are snapping up prime land that’s sometimes 50% off it’s market high of 2008.
