The Press of Atlantic City newspaper will own 100% of local publication; Brigantine Beachcomber. Parent company of the Beachcomber; Warren Buffet’s BH Media Group, announced it will buy the remaining 50 percent interest they didn’t own, in Beachcomber’s parent company; Catamaran Media. The local community media company publishes 12 weekly newspapers in South Jersey.
