Roadwork at the so-called ‘Brigantine Triangle’ is moving along. Over the past 2 weeks, the 31st street area has undergone an asphalt skin peel and traffic pattern face-lift. Things are starting to look good and most are happy, except for that issue concerning the triangle fountain, garden and the decision to use astro-turf in the process.
