Brigantine Police Blotter for Jan 22. 2014 by Officer Tim Reed. South End Burglaries: In the last week, police have responded to 10 burglaries to homes. All but one of the victims home are summer/secondary homes. The target of the thieves has been primarily flat screen televisions and small electronics.
Evidence has been collected from all homes and the investigation in ongoing. We remind all residents and homeowners to lock their doors and windows and arm security systems (if present).
We also ask that if you notice anything in the home out of place, or see anyone (or vehicles) suspicious to call Brig PD immediately.
