The Ocean Wind Pro-NJ Grantor Trust has more, taxpayer-funded cash to hand out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So who gets these PRO-WIND grants?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of those who decides as an Ocean Wind Board of Trustee, is Brian Jackson, chief operating officer of Stockton Atlantic City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jackson helps review and select recipients of the trust\u2019s second round of funding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So far\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

$450,000 has gone to small, women and minority-owned businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

$2.8 million went to select Jersey shore towns. For example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
