Great job and a big thank you to our Brigantine firefighters. A wind-blown blaze broke out in the early morning hours of Thursday, Feb 27.
Fires started at approx 4am along Bayshore Ave at 12th Street South. The Yacht Harbor complex.
4 townhouses were completely destroyed. These photos taken by resident, Jack Fahey at approx 9am.
Firefighters from Atlantic City, Margate and Ventnor assisted in battling the blaze. Brigantine firefighters got it under control after about 90 minutes.
About 10 total properties suffered some level of fire and water damage. Four condos were gutted. No injuries reported.
Cause of the Brigantine fire is under investigation.
