‘Don’t Call Me Francis’ singer Frank Orsini Passes Away

Press of AC: Frank Orsini, the founding member, singer and trumpeter of the popular regional 10-piece cover band Don’t Call Me Francis, died on Tuesday, the group announced.

“As a band, family, friends, and fans – we are all broken hearted,” the band wrote in a Facebook post. “We deeply thank you all for your support and touching words. Frank poured his heart and soul into his band and his music.”

Orsini, a marching band member and a graduate of Pennsauken High School, Camden County, had a long battle with cancer, said a report from sojo1049.com. Orsini’s age was not published.
