Hurricane Irene may have forced the Brigantine Elks to rescheduled its annual Bayfest, but mother nature provided spectacular weather, and the annual event was better than ever. Exhibits include a large collection of photographs from the 19th and early 20th centuries as well as many artifacts from days gone by.
