Summer Fun at Brigantine Community Ctr.

From CER director, Jim Mogan: The Brigantine Community Education & Recreation Department invites everyone to get involved. All residents & visitors are invited.

Pickleball Season Begins.

The Brigantine Pickleball Club plays matches 6-7:30 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the summer at the Brigantine Community Center Gym.

The fee is $5 per person for each session. All equipment will be provided and instruction available from club members and the CER Racquet Sports Director.

Pickleball is fun to play and easy to learn. Residents and visitors may participate. Call Lee Mendell at (609) 576-8928.

Beach Fitness Program

The 38th Street Beach Fitness Program will begin Tuesday, July 9 and will run until Friday, Aug. 9. There will be fitness activities every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings and Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Tennis

The Tennis Program will include the following events: century doubles, senior men’s singles, mixed doubles, men’s and women’s doubles and men’s and women’s singles. clinics will also be offered for beginners, advanced beginners, intermediate, advanced and competitive training. Private, semi private and group lessons are also available.

Other activities offered will start week of July 8…..rec baseball, rec softball, rec soccer, and biddy basketball.
