The City of Brigantine is soliciting bids from qualified businesses to furnish and supply various mowers for Brigantine Golf Course. Specifications may be obtained from the City’s Clerk’s Office, 1417 W. Brigantine Ave. Brigantine, NJ 08203 or by calling 609-266-7600. The bid shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the Bid, and the Bid Number on the outside of the envelope. The Bid shall be returned to the City Clerk by 9:00 a.m. on THURSDAY OCTOBER 3, 2013, the day of Bid, where it will be opened and read in public.
Late bids will be returned unopened. Bidders will be required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27 et. Seq.) Affirmative Action.

The City of Brigantine reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it deems it necessary in the public interest to do so.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Brigantine, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey seeks to engage in a firm to fill the following position for the City. STARTING UPON APPOINTMENT through December 31, 2013. The contracts will be awarded through a fair and open process pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20A (New Jersey Pay to Play Law)-City Planner Copies of the specifications may be obtained from the Township Clerk’s Office, 1417 West Brigantine Avenue, Brigantine, NJ 08203 or by calling the Clerks Department at (609) 266-7600 ext. 220.
